The International Montessori School does offer a limited number of need based scholarships. Please note, we never cover 100% of tuition costs, but we can cover 20-45% based on family need.

IMS contracts with the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS), which is a service of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS). SSS is used by more than 2,400 K-12 schools and organizations across the country to help assess a family’s ability to pay for independent education and to help families feel confident that their request for financial aid is being treated objectively and professionally.

To determine eligibility, parents are required to complete a Parents’ Financial Statement. This application can be found online at Parents’ Financial Statement for School Year 2008-09. Processing for the 2009-2010 school year will began November 15, 2008. There is a $35 fee to have your information processed. IMS does not have any fee waivers for the online application.
