Week 1: Community Heroes
June 23 - June 27

From firefighters to postal workers, these people help keep our communities running while embodying important values in our society. This week, children will explore the roles of community workers, by learning how they help us and practicing teamwork. Through role-play activities and art projects, campers will learn to appreciate these professions by learning about the roles and responsibilities of each community hero.

Week 2: The World of Nature

June 30 - July 3 -*No Camp on 7/4*

This week will focus on encouraging children to appreciate and explore nature through exciting activities. Connecting with nature can be one of the most enjoyable experiences for the students just by looking around and understanding the purpose of the natural world. Campers will partake in nature based activities and will walk away understanding the value of taking care of nature.

Week 3: Summer Science
July 7 - July 11

Summer Science Week will be a hands-on experiment to encourage curiosity and exploration of the world around us.

Observation will be one of the principal parts of this week exploring basic concepts like gravity, temperature, light, and water. Students will take part in experiments that will allow them to understand how some elements will react or

change depending on the environment.

Week 4: Gardening Galore
July 14 - July 18

This week will be about exploring how plants grow and develop a love for gardening. It will start with understanding the needs of the plants, knowing every step of their development, and parts of the plants, and appreciating the importance of gardening in our lives. Campers will have the experience of planting seeds, providing them opportunities to care for and see the growth during the following days.

Week 5: Dinosaur Discovery

July 21 - July 25

Travel back in time to explore the fascinating world of dinosaurs! Campers will learn about various kinds of dinosaurs as well as the professions that discover our prehistoric predecessors. They will learn about Mesozoic marvels like towering sauropods and plane-sized pterosaurs. Campers will also learn about the scientists who bring these pre-historic animals to life.

Exploring Music
Week 6: July 28 - August 1

A rhythm and sound-filled week introducing children to the joy of music and instruments. The aim is to introduce kids to the wonderful world of music in a way that awakens their interest and involves them by using their voice, senses, and body movement as well as experiencing the correlation with other types of arts like printing, drawing, and

crafting instruments.
