An IMS education is more than what happens in the classroom—it's rooted in relationships among learners, staff, and families. Through hands-on Montessori learning, dedicated teachers who nurture each child’s potential, and rich cultural experiences, we prepare students to contribute thoughtfully and act as compassionate, global thinkers. Philanthropic giving makes this possible by providing what tuition alone cannot. Throughout the year, supporters receive invitations to give through various campaigns and initiatives. You choose where to give, and together, we shape what is possible for IMS.
The Community Giving Fund is IMS’s annual fund and the foundation of our fundraising efforts. This fund bridges the gap between tuition and the resources needed to support our students, teachers, and families in impactful ways. Aligned with IMS’s operating budget, which runs from July 1 to June 30, the Community Giving Fund starts at zero each year. It is the collective generosity of families, alumni, grandparents, and friends that sustains IMS—the programs, materials, and professional development that make IMS a vibrant place to learn and grow.
Gifts to the Community Giving Fund directly support:
Every gift—no matter the size—has an immediate and lasting impact. Your contribution supports what makes IMS special: an education rooted in Montessori principles, a connected and inclusive community, and opportunities for learners to engage meaningfully with the world. We are building IMS for today’s students and generations to come.
